How do you choose the suppliers you work with?

We are very loyal to our suppliers, and two of them have been with us since 2012. This is something we value a lot. When we do need a new supplier, we search for the best suppliers in the industry, screen them for proper practices and normally do factory visits before we choose who is most suitable for the job.
