What if I wish to cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped and no shipping notification has been sent to you yet, you can reach out to wecare@deardenier.com so we can cancel your order. Has the order been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it, and you will be charged for shipping even if you choose not to pick up the parcel after it is shipped to your location.
