  • What happens if I do not pick up my parcel at the Parcel Shop in time?

    If you do not pick up your order at the Parcel Shop or pick-up point in time it is automatically sent back to us, and you will be charged the cost of re-sending it to you. In any case, you can reach out to us at wecare@deardenier.com if this happens.
  • What do I do if I receive a broken or faulty product?

    Just contact us straight away at wecare@deardenier.com with your order number and a picture of the product. Then we will get it sorted out for you right away!
